Girth, for most people. The stretch at the opening is what you actually feel — not how deep it goes. Length only really comes into play if you're specifically chasing that deep pressure or full-length sensation. If you're not sure which one you're after, that's literally what the quiz is for.

The honest answer: experiment during solo play and pay attention to what actually feels good — width, depth, how full you want to feel. If you want numbers, wrap a soft tape measure around your fingers to get a circumference, divide by 3.14 for diameter, then check it against the size chart.
