These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the JockTribe website.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover the sale and shipment of goods.

1. Availability of Goods
We strive to keep all product information accurate and up to date.
However, if an item you ordered becomes unavailable:
- We will notify you as soon as possible.
- You may choose:
- A substitute item of equal value, or
- A full refund of all amounts paid.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if a product is discontinued, out of stock, or restricted from certain regions. please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders quickly and efficiently.
(1) In-Stock Items
- Orders for in-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.
(2) Business Days
Business days exclude:
- Weekends
- Major holidays
- Carrier peak seasons (additional 2–3 days may occur)
Customer service response times may be slightly delayed during holidays, but we will reply as soon as possible.
3. Shipping Restrictions & Regions
Due to import laws and carrier limitations, we cannot ship to certain restricted countries or regions (Due to policy/religious restrictions, etc.):
Islamic countries, such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Jordan, Libya, Kosovo, and Iraq; the Philippines, India, and Indonesia.
If your country is eligible for delivery, available shipping methods will appear at checkout.
4. Regional Shipping Details
We ship to selected regions worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination.
AMERICAS
Average delivery: 5–12 business days
EUROPE
Average delivery: 5–15 business days
ASIA / PACIFIC
Average delivery: 7–20 business days
Some regions may require additional verification

5. Discreet Packaging
Your privacy is a priority.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with(Discreet Packaging):
- No reference to JockTribe
- No mention of product names
- Neutral shipping labels only
Invoice details are discreet and do not include explicit product descriptions.
6. Order Tracking
(1) Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Tracking link
(2) Order Tracking Page
You may also track your order through the Order Tracking page on our website at any time.
7. Changing Your Shipping Address
(1) Before Shipment
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us at service@jocktribe.com
within 24 hours of placing your order(Contact our Support Team).
We will do our best to update it before the package ships.
(2) After Shipment
Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
You may need to contact your local carrier or post office to request rerouting.
Incorrect addresses may result in return-to-sender packages. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos of:
- Packaging
- Product
- Shipping label
We will assist in opening an investigation or sending a replacement where appropriate.
Carrier delays due to customs, weather, or remote locations are beyond our control.
9. Order Cancellation
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
For cancellation due to out-of-stock or system errors, we will fully refund your payment.

- Confirm your order and shipping information is accurate
