What name and product description will appear on the shipping label and billing?

Outer shipping labels and customs declarations use strictly professional, pre-tested neutral descriptors (such as "Customer Service Components" or "Personal Hygiene Components") with a generic corporate sender name. No suggestive product names, images, or adult branding appear anywhere on the exterior.

How are international orders handled through customs without privacy risks?

International shipments use pre-verified, compliant neutral customs classification codes that pass customs clearance smoothly without requiring secondary inspections or revealing explicit details. This ensures fast delivery while maintaining complete privacy across international borders.

Designing Privacy: Packaging That Protects Your Experience

Good product design doesn't stop at the product. It also covers the moment your order reaches the door. If a roommate brings in the mail or a neighbor accepts the delivery, what can they tell from the box?

At JockTribe, the answer is deliberately limited. The shipping box stays plain. The JockTribe branding starts when you open it.

Before you open it: a plain shipping box

Your order arrives in an ordinary, unbranded outer box. No product photo, no JockTribe logo, and no wording on the outside that identifies an adult product. The shipping label still has the details the carrier needs to deliver it, but it does not name what you bought.

That is the part other people are most likely to see. I won't claim that any package can guarantee absolute privacy in every setting. What we can do is keep the exterior from announcing your purchase.

After you open it: the JockTribe inner box and pouch

Inside the plain shipping box is a branded JockTribe inner box. Your product also comes with a branded storage pouch in white or black. We haven't tried to erase the brand from the experience; we've kept it on the side of the package that belongs to you.

The name shown for the charge is HorizonGlow, the company name—not JockTribe or the name of the product. An illustrative entry would be HorizonGlow — $89.00. That dollar amount is only an example; the way a transaction is displayed can vary by bank.

This matters if someone else sees your statement. The parcel and the charge are different points in the same experience, and both deserve a clear answer before you order.

For me, discreet packaging is a simple boundary: a neutral box for the trip to your door, a JockTribe presentation once you open it, and a billing name that does not describe what is inside.
